I propose a different approach from our modern perception of the human being; a new way of understanding its connections between its different bodies: physical, energetical and spiritual. Coming from ancient cultures in India, Asia, Europe and primitive people all over the world, our modern society is occulting these past knowledges, only to rely on synthetic drugs to treat the diseases of our societies.
We are more than a physical body and our different bodies are interconnected. When they are unblalanced they manifest it on our physical body creating diseases, illnesses, inconfort, negative emotions and thoughts. Thus it is vital to understand all our bodies in order to deal with our physical dimension. 
Many techniques can be used to work on these various levels such as regressive hypnosis, spiritual surgeries, biomagnetism, sound therapies, meditation...  Food and breathing are of course the key points to improve your life.
